Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Scope of the Policy and the Products or Services It Covers
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Course A, a premium production workflow resource offered by premiumerix. Course A covers high-quality studio setup, camera planning, lighting design, audio preparation, and smooth media delivery. It is a digital product consisting of downloadable materials, video tutorials, templates, and related resources. The policy governs transactions made through our commercial website targeting customers in the United Kingdom.
Prices, Currencies, Taxes, and Any Additional Charges
All prices for Course A are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. No additional charges apply for standard digital delivery. Any currency conversion fees or bank charges incurred by the customer are their responsibility and are not refunded by premiumerix.
Accepted Payment Methods, Payment Authorisation, and Payment Security
We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider. Payment is authorised at the time of order placement. All transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption and comply with UK data protection requirements under the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR. premiumerix does not store card details.
Order, Booking, or Service Confirmation and When a Contract Is Formed
Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate email confirmation containing access instructions. The contract between you and premiumerix is formed when we send this confirmation. Access to Course A digital content is granted instantly upon confirmation.
Cancellation Rights and Applicable Cancellation Periods
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel for a full refund, provided you have not accessed, downloaded, or used the digital content. Once you begin accessing the materials, the right to cancel is lost.
Refund Eligibility, Exclusions, and Non-Refundable Items or Services
Refunds are available only within the 14-day period if no content has been accessed. Course A is non-refundable after access or after the cooling-off period. Promotional discounts or bundled offers are excluded from separate refunds. Technical issues caused by your own equipment are not grounds for refund.
The Step-by-Step Procedure and Information Required to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number, full name, and reason for the request. Include any relevant details such as the date of purchase. Requests must be submitted within the applicable time limits.
Inspection, Approval, Rejection, and Notification of the Refund Decision
premiumerix will inspect the request within five working days. You will be notified by email of approval or rejection. If approved, processing begins immediately. Rejected requests will include an explanation.
Refund Method, Processing Time, and When Funds Should Reach the Customer
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes up to 10 working days, after which funds should appear in your account within a further 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions, Services, or Promotional Offers Where Relevant
Because Course A is digital content, the 14-day cancellation right ends upon first access. No subscriptions are offered. Promotional purchases follow the same eligibility rules but cannot be partially refunded.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks, and Suspected Fraud
Failed payments will prevent access until resolved. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically where confirmed. Chargebacks or suspected fraud trigger account review and may lead to permanent access denial while complying with UK regulations.
Mandatory Consumer Rights in the Target Country That the Policy Cannot Exclude
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations. You retain rights to remedies for faulty digital content even outside the refund window.
