Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

premiumerix operates this website as a commercial resource providing premium production workflow guidance. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for adults resident in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where access is lawful. You must be at least eighteen years old to register or purchase access. Permitted use is limited to personal or internal business study of high-quality studio setup, camera planning, lighting design, audio preparation and media delivery techniques. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit any course materials without prior written consent.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer course content, upload malicious files, interfere with site security, or post defamatory material. Automated scraping, data mining or bulk downloading of resources is forbidden. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and referral to law enforcement where criminal activity is suspected.

Accounts, submissions and user content

Where accounts are created you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details. Any submissions such as feedback or workflow examples remain your property yet you grant premiumerix a perpetual licence to use them for service improvement. We do not accept unsolicited confidential material; any such submission is treated as non-confidential.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All course materials, videos, diagrams and text remain the exclusive property of premiumerix or its licensors. Trade marks and logos may not be reproduced. You may print single copies for personal study only. Any other reproduction requires express written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may reference external tools or platforms for production workflows. These references do not constitute endorsement and we accept no liability for third-party performance, data practices or availability. Users should review the terms of any linked service before use.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

We aim to maintain continuous access yet cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, legal reasons or breach of these terms. Changes to the service or these terms will be notified via the site and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

Course content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, premiumerix makes no warranty that materials are error-free or suitable for every production environment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Proportionate limitation of liability

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit or data.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify premiumerix against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the course materials.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the UK government’s Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms; the current version is always available on the site. For questions contact us via the form on the Contacts page or by writing to 36 Shad Thames, Butler's Wharf Building, London, SE1 2YE, United Kingdom or emailing [email protected].
